the vagaries of high school living encrust life like dirt over a pearl but
there is no pearl there wasn’t one there’s just
a dressed up shell filled with empty stagnant air hot with the stank of
superficial illusion intangibility
confusing murky uncertainty
all carefully designed and implemented to
provide the most utterly average life conceivable by
societal standards which turns the
cycle of the middle class ever onward ridding it of
any meaning it may have once had on each revolution of
soul crushing
wallet lining
employment ideals as it spins through halls of blaring media
in the home of western democracy
on the eternally revolving planet of
samsara.
